Questions, answered

How does made-to-order work?
Choose your weave and silhouette, then send your measurements — our form opens after checkout, or your tailor can email them. We cut to your body in the Delhi atelier; nothing is mass cut.
How long does an order take?
Stock pieces leave Delhi in 3–5 working days. Made-to-order takes 3–6 weeks depending on the weave — brocade runs longest. The loom sets the calendar, and we tell you the date before you pay.
Do you ship worldwide? Who pays the duties?
We ship by DHL Express to 46 countries, and duties are paid by us — the price you see is the price you pay, door to door.
What is your return policy?
Stock pieces return within seven days of delivery, unworn, tag and fall intact. Made-to-order and stitched pieces are final sale — but if our finished measurements differ from yours by more than half an inch, we alter or remake at our cost.
How do I send my measurements?
After checkout you receive our measurement form — fourteen points for a lehenga, nine for a blouse. Your tailor can fill it, or book a video call and we will walk you through it.
Is the zari real?
Yes — flattened silver, gilded, wound on a silk core. Every run is burn-tested in our finishing room, and the zari weight per metre is written on the worksheet that ships with your piece.
