Stock pieces

Anything marked ready to ship can be returned within seven days of delivery, unworn, with the tag and the fall uncut. We refund to the original payment method within five working days of arrival in Delhi.

Made-to-order and stitched pieces

Garments cut to your measurements are final sale. If the finished measurements differ from those you supplied by more than half an inch, we alter or remake the piece at our cost.

Exchanges

Stock pieces exchange once for any other piece of equal or greater value; we cover the outbound courier on the replacement.

Faults in weave

Slubs, small irregularities and colour variation are properties of handloom cloth, not faults. Broken warp, running colour or damaged zari are — write to us with photographs and we collect the piece.

Returns from outside India

We issue a prepaid DHL label and handle the export paperwork. Duties you paid on the order are refunded with the item.
