Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your saree. If something isn't right, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• Sarees must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags and the original packaging intact.
• Blouse pieces must be unstitched and uncut.
• Slight irregularities in weave, motif placement and shade are inherent to genuine handloom and are not defects.

How to return

Write to us with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a doorstep pickup. Once the saree passes quality check, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
