The house and these terms

These terms govern every order placed with BESTINDIANWEAR. By placing an order you accept them; they exist to make a hand-made, made-to-measure business predictable for both sides.

Made-to-order

Garments described as made to order are cut to the measurements you supply. Production begins when measurements are confirmed, and the piece is final sale except where our workmanship differs from your measurements by more than half an inch, then we alter or remake at our cost.

Editions and availability

Our weaves are bought as full runs and are not restocked. An order is confirmed only when payment clears; until then a piece may sell to another client. If a run sells out between your order and our confirmation, we refund in full within two working days.

Handloom character

Slubs, gentle irregularities and small colour variation are signatures of handloom cloth and are not defects. Photographs represent colour as faithfully as daylight allows; screens differ.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your chosen currency and include worldwide duties. Payment is taken in full at order. We accept major cards and international payment methods shown at checkout.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having jurisdiction. Nothing in them limits your statutory consumer rights.
